1. Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- All tags and labels must be attached.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support at support@skiciktk.store with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us in its original condition.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for cases where we sent the wrong or defective item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@skiciktk.store. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
